Booking Information

Availability

During the ski season, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The rent each week depends on whether the week is High, Mid or Low Season.

The first and last dates of the booking (shaded half red/half green) are the changeover days: departing guests leave by 10.00 and new guests can arrive from 15.00.

Rates

The following standard rates apply per week:

Ski Season
High Season:	CHF 4400/week (Dec/NYE), or CHF 3500/week (Feb)
Mid Season:	CHF 2900/week
Rest of Year
Mid Season:	CHF 2800/week (CHF410/night, min. 3 nights)
Low Season:	CHF 1700/week (CHF260/night, min. 4 nights)

Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the standard rates above.

Discounts are available for last-minute bookings, so please enquire.

Booking Conditions

During the ski season, booking is weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the ski season, other start days and durations are available.

For bookings, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the rent, plus a CHF500 security deposit, must be paid 8 weeks before the start of the rental.

At the end of the rental, the chalet must be left in a clean and tidy state: excessive cleaning will be charged to the customer.

The security deposit will be repaid after the end of the rental, having deducted the cost of any damage or excessive cleaning. Rental payments made are non-refundable.

All prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs). Bookings may be paid in GBP (Pounds Sterling) converted at the prevailing rate.

The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable public health regulations relating to the booking.
